Why Should I Attend?

♦  Even small amounts of walking improve heart health, confidence and energy

♦  Walking is still beneficial even if you’re walking below the 10,000 steps per day recommendation

♦  Adding just 500 steps per day reduces cardiobascular risk

♦  Research shows that people walk longer, feel more motivated, and gain more confidence when walking with others rather than alone
